We had such an amazing experience with Party Starters! The communication was wonderful. They showed up exactly when they told us they would. The bounce house was clean and exactly how we expected it to be. The kids had a blast! They showed up exactly when they said to pick it up. Amazing experience. Our experience from start to finish with Party Starters was absolutely fabulous. We had initially rented a wet slide through another company and we ended up losing our reservation because of a double booking on their end. I had THREE DAYS to find another slide and the woman who handled our reservation was ON IT! She replied immediately and the communication was incredible. They were on time and generous with their pick up and drop offs and the slide was absolutely perfect. So grateful for the way she handled our situation and made it happen for my daughter’s birthday! My company rented two inflatables from Party Starters back in June. I called around to several other places to get pricing, but I ultimately settled on Party Starters because they were the most reasonably priced. The process of booking the inflatables was super easy. The woman that I spoke with while booking was very sweet and helpful! They also did the drop off, set up, and pick up! The guys who picked up were also very sweet and they took care of everything!
