Yes, all of our units are thoroughly cleaned with a disinfectant cleaner. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized.

No. Shoes could cause damage to the vinyl on the inflatables. We ask that all participants wear socks only inside/on the inflatables.

A 25% deposit is required at checkout to reserve your rental and secure your event date. 

Schools, churches, organizations, or customers without a debit/credit card are welcome to contact us directly to arrange booking. We're happy to work with you on an alternative option that does not require an online deposit. 

We accept cash, check, card or Venmo.

In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit. If rain is expected overnight, please DO NOT blow the unit up all night long unattended. Instead, you can pull the blower off and put it under the porch.

The weight of the inflatable may cause your grass to flatten, but it should return to normal within a few days.

Weather can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans sometimes change. We kindly ask for at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your rental. 

Cancellations made with less than 48-hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit. However, we are happy to apply your deposit toward a future rental date. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with sandbags provided by Party Starters.

We recommend booking one month in advance before your event to ensure the unit you desire is still available.

You can power the inflatable on and off pretty much as many times as you want. Please do not leave the unit running over the night.
