We service most areas throughout Michiana! Our standard delivery area covers locations within a 50 mile radius of our warehouse in Goshen, Indiana. 

Outside of that range? Feel free to contact us by phone, we may still be able to accommodate your event depending on location. Additional delivery fees may apply.

For Inflatables: YES! Setup and tear down are included in the rental price. We've already built that into the cost, so there are no surprise setup fees for inflatable rentals. 

For tables/chairs: NO. The online pricing reflects the rental items only. If you would like Party Starters to handle setup and tear down, an additional fee will apply. 
Set up/tear down per chair: $2 per chair. 
Set up/tear down per table: $4 per table. 

For tents: YES! Tent pricing includes professional setup and tear down. 

Delivery Fees: 
The only additional charge you may see is a delivery fee. Deliveries within 10 miles of our warehouse are included. Locations outside of that range may incur a mileage fee based on distance.

You can reserve everything directly through our website, or if you'd rather talk with someone, feel free to give us a call and we'll gladly help walk you through the process. (574-216-7707)  
For online booking:
1. Enter Your Event Date
Start by entering your party/event date at the top of the website. This allows you to view only the inventory available for your specific day. 
2. Browse & Reserve Your Rentals
Shop our wide variety of inflatables, tents, tables, chairs, concessions, and more! Once you find what you'd like, simply add the items to your cart. 
3. Complete Your Booking
When you're ready, head to checkout and fill out the booking information. Our system will guide you through each step and collect everything we need for your reservation. 
4. Receive Your Confirmation
After your order is submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with your rental details. 
5. We Handle the Setup! 
For inflatables and tents, set up and tear down are included! Our team will deliver, set everything up safely, and return after your event for pick up. 
6. Final Details Before Your Event
A few days before your party, someone from our team will reach out to confirm delivery timing and go over any final details with you. 

If you ever have questions during the process, don't hesitate to contact us, we are happy to help! 

A 25% deposit is required at checkout to reserve your rental and secure your event date. 

Schools, churches, organizations, or customers without a debit/credit card are welcome to contact us directly to arrange booking. We're happy to work with you on an alternative option that does not require an online deposit. 

Remaining balance is due when we arrive to set up. We can charge the card on file that you used for the deposit, or you can pay the balance with cash or check. 

Weather can be unpredictable, and we completely understand that plans sometimes change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your rental. 

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your deposit. However, we are often happy to apply your deposit toward a future rental date whenever possible. 

If you have concerns about the weather, please communicate with us as early as possible! We closely monitor forecasts for high winds, heavy rain, lightning, and other unsafe conditions, and we will work with you to determine the best and safest option for your event. Customer safety is always our top priority! 

We accept cash, check, or card. We can take card over the phone, or send you a secure link to pay online at your own convenience! 

You can power the inflatable on and off pretty much as many times as you want. Please do not leave the unit running over the night.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or indoors with sandbags provided by Party Starters.

Sandbags are charged at an additional $50 per inflatable. 

We recommend booking one month in advance before your event to ensure the unit you desire is still available.

Any and all! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. We provide rentals for birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible School, summer camps, graduation parties, and much much more.

Yes! We can absolutely set up at parks, event centers, schools, churches, and other public locations. 

We do ask that the renter coordinate delivery timing with us and is present when we arrive for setup. Since many public locations have specific access times or setup restrictions, communication is very important. 

When booking, please include:
-Your event start and end times
-How early you will have access to the location
-How late you will remain onsite after the event

This helps us plan our delivery and pickup routes as efficiently as possible and ensures everything runs smoothly on your event date! 

Green: The item is available for that date or time slot.

Yellow:  The item is still available for your selected date, but it is rented either the day before or the day after your event. Because of this, it may not be available for overnihgt rentals or multi-day reservations. 

Red: The item is not available for the date you chose.
